斐济洲际酒店novo 餐厅，最后一顿晚餐，本以为会有个美好的回忆，但是让我感觉糟透了，主要是领位的小姐，她自己穿着一件戴帽运动服，她竟然让我摘下帽子，还是我不应该穿短裤，从来没有遇到过这样的服务，令人感到非常奇怪，这是一间海边半露天的餐厅，但是在预定之前没有任何告知服装要求，，总之非常不舒服 The below email is the reply to the hotel request Thank you very much for your letter, my holiday is over, but the memories of my stay at Intercontinental Fiji were not perfect. 酒店硬件都不错，员工很热情，但有几件小事做得不到位，首先，到了酒店入住发现洗漱用品只有一套，联系客服后说再送一套过来，过了半小时都没人，又打电话催，然后又过了三四十分钟才送到，下飞机很累，只想早点休息，为了等这个等了一个多小时。还有就是后面预约了直升机的项目，在酒店前台帮我们联系的车子，第二天早上驾驶员把我们送过去地点送错了，他离开后我们过了好久才发现他送错了，影响了直升机的活动，一天的行程全部打乱，造成了损失。这些行为都是很不专业的，希望以后能改进。酒店本身地点很不错，可是如果没有服务，一切都显得不符合高档酒店应该有的层次。

设施齐全，环境不错，海滩很美，spa非常满意。最重要的是，阶梯价位的食物可以满足各种需求，吃得很开心。

绝大部分工作人员都非常好，housekeeping很有问题，不能及时打扫，打扫不够彻底，忘记清换毛巾，催促后依然最大限度拖延。 另，带小孩的家庭特别特别多，公共区域稍稍有点吵 如果需要取现，建议去楠迪镇，洲际自带的ATM单次取款金额低于市区

1.餐厅的自助餐比较贵，但食物却不丰富；2.我们住的房间的房卡坏了，下午跑了好几趟才修好
